PERSONAL SERVICE – ONLINE OR OFFLINE
It’s your choice to order online or offline. Either way – online order or offline order – we will contact personally to discuss your order and check that what your are ordering matches your requirements.

STANDARD PAYMENT TERMS
ONLINE – Our standard terms are payment up front online by credit or debit card or by Paypal before items are printed & despatched.
OFFLINE – Our standard terms are payment up front online by credit or debit card or bank transfer upon receipt of invoice by email. Payment in full is required before items are printed & despatched.
DESIGN & PRINT – Where we undertake design work for you, we design first, send you a watermarked design for your approval, and when you approve the design we ask you to pay.
INVOICES
ONLINE – You will receive an online shop receipt when you pay.
OFFLINE – We will email you our invoice which contains a QR code – simply scan this and it will take you through a process where you can pay by debit or credit card. Or you can pay by bank transfer.
CREDIT TERMS
We are happy to consider applications for credit terms, subject to an application process and a completed credit check. If successful, we will advise the level of credit that we are able to offer.
We offer application for payment by monthly instalments for certain products & services, subject to status and meeting our criteria, as set out in our Print Pay Monthly offers – see here
